Please book directly with hotels for new reservations.
The last day to cancel any reservation in the Open@Epic block is October 16, 2026 by 4:00 PM (Central Daylight Time). Those who cancel reservations after this deadline will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night room & tax. If you do not cancel reservation(s) and do not check in on the scheduled date (no-show), you may be charged the full amount of all reservation nights plus applicable taxes.

Hotel Shuttles
Complimentary shuttles will be provided from Epic’s Verona campus to Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) during peak departure hours.
From Epic to MSN
Shuttles will pick up outside of Magma (Level G4) of Deep Space.
Wednesday: 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM, every hour on the half hour
