Open@Epic will be hosted on Epic’s Verona, WI campus located at 1979 Milky Way Verona, WI 53593. Specific room details will be provided closer to the event.

The conference is open to anyone interested in learning more about ways they can interoperate with Epic. While Epic customers are welcome to attend, the goal of Open@Epic is to discuss and provide education on the ways third parties can interoperate with Epic. If you’re a provider using Epic, this conference might be a good fit for you if you are interested in the ways apps connect with Epic, especially if you have teams creating apps in-house.

All conference-specific activities – including meals, sessions, and networking time – are for paid registered attendees only. A conference badge is required for entry. Guests traveling with you can see Epic's "Visiting Us" page for activities in the area and to check availability for a self-guided tour of Epic's campus. Yes, mothers rooms are located throughout the campus and will be indicated on maps. Each mothers room has a power outlet, sink, comfortable chair, and mini refrigerator available for use. -
Breakfast and lunch are provided, along with an afternoon snack.
