Hotel blocks opens July 16, 2026 at Noon Central Daylight Time
A block of rooms at discounted rates has been reserved for Open@Epic attendees. A link to reserve your hotel room in the block will be available once you register for Open@Epic. All hotels in the block will have shuttle service provided to/from Epic.
Hotel rates in the Open@Epic hotel block range from $136 to $209/night (plus a 15.5% hotel tax). These rates are only available via the Open@Epic hotel block.
The last day to cancel any reservation in the Open@Epic block is October 16, 2026 by 4:00 PM (Central Daylight Time). Those who cancel reservations after this deadline will be charged the equivalent of one (1) night room & tax. If you do not cancel reservation(s) and do not check in on the scheduled date (no-show), you may be charged the full amount of all reservation nights plus applicable taxes.

Transportation Information
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between hotels in the block and Epic’s Verona campus.

Free onsite parking is available for Open@Epic attendees in the Yoda parking garage. Follow signage to “Customer Parking”.

Luggage & Coat Check
Complimentary luggage and coat check will be available on Wednesday & Thursday during the Open@Epic conference hours.
